Troubleshooting

Confirm data roaming is enabled on the eSIM, select it for mobile data, restart the device, and try automatic network selection.

Prepare on Wi-Fi

Check that the device is unlocked and connected to stable Wi-Fi. Keep the QR code open on a second screen when possible.

Open cellular or SIM settings, choose Add eSIM, scan the private code, and label the new line Roamly.

Choose Roamly for mobile data, enable data roaming on that line, and keep network selection automatic.
