Refund eligibility depends on activation, usage, fulfilment status, payment rules, and the underlying provider’s capabilities. This policy applies to the Roamly website, customer account, checkout, fulfilment, support, and related communications.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep account credentials and activation details private, use compatible unlocked devices, and follow applicable laws and network rules.
Orders and provider fulfilment
Payment confirmation is required before an upstream order is submitted. Equivalent-provider failover may occur only when benefits do not decrease and the customer price does not change.
Support and review
Contact support from your dashboard with the related order or eSIM. Refunds and technical outcomes are reviewed against activation, usage, payment, and provider evidence.
